Job Summary

The airline Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners. This role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations and close deals to secure new business.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote AirArabia and expand professional networks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously update knowledge of airline products, services, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

High school qualification, Diploma preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Fluent in English and Kiswahili Language.

1-2 years of related sales experience, preferably in the Airline industry, although other industries are also accepted.
