Education
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences or related area is required.
A first-level university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Successful completion of non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics, or data science is desirable.
Work Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources and personnel administration is required.
Experience in administering benefits and entitlements for geographically dispersed staff members is desirable.
Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP is desirable.
1 year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
