Role Description:

Care Zone Ltd is dedicated to supporting the operational needs of the Jesus Celebration Centre (JCC) Ministry and the JCC Educational Complex.

Care Zone Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Automotive Technician Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all automotive assets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the maintenance and repairs of the company's fleet of vehicles.

2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of all vehicles.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks based on urgency and importance.

4. Supervise a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all automotive operations.

6. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of parts and services.

7. Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vehicle histories.

8. Supervision of drivers and route planning.

Qualifications:

1. Degree/diploma in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repairs.

3. Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles effectively.

4. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills.

7. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

8. Must be a born-again Christian.
