RESPONSIBILITIES
Craft espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and cold beverages following recipes and quality standards.Greet customers, take orders, offer recommendations, and handle payments using POS systems.Operate, clean, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary workstation, including washing dishes and cleaning the cafe area.Restock supplies (cups, lids, coffee beans) and inform management of low inventory.Educate customers on coffee blends and menu items
REQUIRED SKILLS
