Job Summary

As a B2B Sales Manager at City walk Ltd, you will lead our business-to-business sales team, driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Create and execute effective B2B sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance the team's performance.

Key Account Management:

  • Nurture and expand relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Act as a point of contact for key clients and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to enhance product offerings based on market demand.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MUST be from Fashion-shoe industry with over 2years experience in in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Atleast 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to lead a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
