As a B2B Sales Manager at City walk Ltd, you will lead our business-to-business sales team, driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Create and execute effective B2B sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Lead and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance the team's performance.
Key Account Management:
- Nurture and expand relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for key clients and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback to enhance product offerings based on market demand.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MUST be from Fashion-shoe industry with over 2years experience in in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Atleast 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to lead a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
