Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position shown below.
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER I, JOB GROUP “N”- (1) ONE POSTS
Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Analysing the staffing levels and making proposals for succession planning;
2. Analyzing utilization of human resources in the Ministry/ Department and advising on proper deployment;
3. Analysing staff progression and making proposals for career development; and
4. Ensuring the correct interpretation and implementation of human resource regulations including pensions, salary administration, labour laws and other statutes that impact on human resource.
Requirement for Appointment
For appointment to the grade an officer must have:
1. Served as a chief human resource management officer II for a minimum period of three years (3) years;
2. Attended a management course lasting not less than (4) four weeks and;
3. Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
