Job Summary

The role will focus on developing and execution of sales strategies geared towards generating sales opportunities for the compressor business.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Formulate Sales strategies geared towards customer acquisition & retention, product development & and service delivery.

2.      Providing technical advice to prospective compressor clients.

3.      Driving Compressor sales budget as per communicated company targets for the period.

4.      Effective provision of sales data i.e. timely recording of visits, action reports as well as analysis of sales performance against target to the management as advised.

5.      In liaison with the Marketing department, ensure all approved marketing campaigns targeting lead generation is well planned and conducted.

6.      Prepare weekly and monthly reports/updates on position of sales targets achieved and ensure reporting of the same as advised by the manager.

7.      Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

8.     Sourcing for market intelligence information on competition, new products, price, and any other insights.

9.      Provide technical information or technical clarifications on air compressors as and when necessary.

10.  Deliver target sales and growth targets in terms of sales value and numbers as set and advised.

11.  Any other assigned duties as advise by the management.


Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering course, Business, or any other related field.

·       Certification in Air Compressors training is an added advantage.

·       At least 5 years of Sales experience in Compressors or related field.

·       Excellent use of Computer i.e. Excel, PowerPoint among other Ms. Office suites.
