Job Location :  South C   , Nairobi .

Salary  Range  :  25K-30K.

Key Responsibilities.

• Answer customer questions regarding hardware specifications, product compatibility, dimensions, material finishes, and pricing.
  
• Process incoming product orders, verify pricing, track shipments, and coordinate delivery updates with the logistics team.
  
• Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on hardware installation, tools usage, and product maintenance.
  
• Investigate customer complaints regarding damaged shipments, incorrect parts, or product failures, and issue replacements or refunds according to company policy.
  
•  Log all customer interactions, support tickets, and sales activities accurately inside the company's CRM system.
  
• Collaborate with the product development and quality assurance teams by reporting recurring hardware defects or customer feedback trends.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business related field .
  
• Two - three years of experience in the customer service department .
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical instructions in simple terms.
  
• Strong critical-thinking skills to resolve shipping delays, missing part issues, and order discrepancies efficiently.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software , order entry systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
