Job summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Service Officer to support our operations in the animal feed industry. The role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience while strengthening relationships with farmers, distributors, and agribusiness partners.

🎓 QualificationsDiploma in Customer Care, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in the animal feed industry or agribusiness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
