🕒 Availability Required: Monday to Sunday, 4:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Kenya Time)

💰 Compensation Package
Basic Salary: KES 70,000
Transportation Allowance: KES 10,500
Total Monthly Package: KES 80,500

Our company is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who is fluent in French and English to provide exceptional service and create memorable customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the brand’s standards.
✨ Interact with customers, understand their needs, and offer them the right solutions and services.
✨ Build strong relationships with customers and foster brand loyalty.
✨ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
✨ Inform potential customers about the company’s services.
✨ Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
✔️ C1-level French and English (spoken and written)
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
✔️ Focus on interpersonal relationships and a passion for providing first-class service.
✔️ Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mac OS, or iOS devices.
✔️ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
