Job Description: Customer Success & Office Administrator
Location: Nairobi
Role Purpose: Talent Grid Africa is hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success & Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
This role combines customer success, HR support, and administrative coordination, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing client experience, supporting HR automation services, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience
- Support onboarding of new clients and employees under the HR Automation service
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Gather and share customer feedback and insights with recruitment, sales, and project teams
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and professionalism
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative services
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Track and maintain records for invoices and expenses
- Support cross-functional collaboration by providing administrative and operational support
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, administration, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset
