1. Use on online tools and social media to promote and publicize the organizations services
2. Drive website traffic and generate leads that will drive sales
3. With close consultation with management define the target audience and devise online marketing strategies
4. Support in monitoring revenues generated through online marketing
Attending to the Cyber Café
1. Attending to clients who are requesting various cyber café services like internet, printing, binding, lamination and related stationery including refreshments
2. Attending to clients who require e-Citizen services and other online services. This includes license renewals, passport/visa applications, KRA PIN & returns, Business permit/trade, License application, Driving license & Business registration, HELB application, Green card application, Pay slips, etc.
3. Keep the cyber records and reporting
4. Keep the cyber area clean and tidy
