driver and rider

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicle/motorcycle is roadworthy (tyre pressure, fluid levels, lights, license validity).

• Maintain daily cleanliness of vehicle/motorcycle (interior and exterior).

• Operate vehicle/motorcycle in compliance with traffic laws and internal safety guidelines.

• Keep an accurate and updated logbook for all trips and duties.

• Ensure timely and secure delivery of items.

• Safeguard goods during loading and offloading at designated locations.

• Provide transport services for staff or authorized personnel.

• Assist with loading and unloading of passengers and/or items.

• Report accidents, incidents, and official time promptly.

• Notify mechanic of any faults, missing tools, or issues with the vehicle/motorcycle.

Requirements

• Certificate in Automotive Engineering or Craft Training in Motor Vehicle Mechanics (added advantage).

• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

• Certificate in Defensive Driving and First Aid.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Capable of working independently and within a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Good understanding of road safety rules and regulations.

• Proficient in reading and writing English.

• Ability to use a smartphone and other electronic devices.

• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
