Job Summary
Bestcare Facilities Management is a leading service provider in Kenya offering expert solutions in cleaning, security, pest control, handyman services, plumbing, and electronics repair. We are expanding our technical service team and are looking for a skilled Electronics Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our Kisii branch.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electronic appliances and equipment, including TVs, sound systems, microwaves, fridges, and other home or office electronics.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Install and test electronic systems and devices for clients.
- Ensure proper documentation of repairs and service reports.
- Educate clients on proper usage and maintenance of their electronic devices.
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in repairing consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
