Electronics Repair & Maintenance Technician – Narok

• Diagnose and repair home and office electronics such as TVs, radios, sound systems, refrigerators, microwaves, cookers, etc.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure high-quality repairs.
  
• Visit clients' homes or offices for service requests within Narok town and surrounding areas.
  
• Keep accurate records of service jobs and client feedback.
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  
• Advise clients on electronic care and offer professional technical support.
  
• Uphold Bestcare’s standards of integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electronic repairs and installations.
  
• Competency in using multimeters, soldering tools, and diagnostic software.
  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  
• Good command of English and Swahili.
  
• Must be trustworthy and professional.
