JOB TITLE: FARM HAND

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Livestock Care
- Feed animals and ensure they have adequate water at all times.
- Assist in cleaning animal sheds and maintaining proper hygiene standards.
- Monitor livestock condition and report any signs of sickness or injury.
Crop & Fruit Farming
- Assist in planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting farm produce.
- Support proper handling and storage of harvested fruits and crops.
- Help maintain healthy crops through routine farm care activities.
Farm Hygiene & Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and general hygiene within the farm premises.
- Assist in maintaining farm tools, equipment, and working areas.
- Support proper disposal of farm waste and upkeep of the environment.
Daily Farm Operations
- Carry out assigned farm duties efficiently and within set timelines.
- Assist in loading, sorting, and transporting farm produce when required.
- Work closely with supervisors and other farm workers to support smooth farm operations.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Previous experience working as a Farm Hand in a busy farm environment.
- Experience in livestock and fruit farming is highly preferred.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.
