Job summary
Field officers will support the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of FOPCO Africa’s community-based programs. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in rural areas and informal urban settlements, traveling frequently and maintaining accurate records while working closely with indigenous community and authorities.
Job descriptions & requirements
• Community Training: Train members in climate agriculture, WASH, and public health.
• Data & Monitoring: Collect data using KoboToolbox and track progress.
• Digital Onboarding: Train farmers on FOPCO Africa’s digital platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with county officials and cooperatives for market access.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly field updates.
