Position Overview
The Financial Advisor will play a critical role in growing our client's client base, providing expert financial advice, and delivering tailored insurance and wealth solutions. This position requires high motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for insurance and wealth management products within your assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Customize solutions to meet individual client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide clients with expert financial advice, guiding them on insurance and wealth creation.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
3. Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Uphold Madison Group’s values, ethics, and commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum KCSE grade C- or above.
  • Proven sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales.
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in insurance, finance, or business is an added advantage.
