Fleet Associate

Role Description

The Fleet Associate will be responsible for overseeing COTL maintenance, movement and inspections, tracking usage and expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Role and Responsibilities

● Ensure that all cars on our lot are well maintained and ready for client viewing. This may include: cleaning the vehicles, performing daily checks and informing the inspection team of minor repairs on the vehicles.

● Coordinate with relevant teams within Peach as well as external service providers to ensure that cars are fueled and washed or detailed as per Peach standards

● Coordinate with the team to ensure that vehicles that are taken out of the lot are returned in the same condition

● Ensure that the usage of KD plates by the inspection and sales team is accounted for and accurate records are maintained in a secure manner

● Support the Senior Fleet Associate to up to date record of vehicles on the lot, fuels usage and other relevant trackers

● Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the cars are in good condition and ready for handovers.

Requirements

● Business related diploma

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Attention to detail

● Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

● Interested candidates must have a valid driving license and minimum of one year's driving experience.

● Candidates with knowledge of or experience working with vehicles will be given preference.
