Flexography Printing Artwork Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design artwork for flexography printing projects, ensuring high-quality and precision in every detail.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
• Prepare print-ready files, considering color accuracy, resolution, and substrate compatibility specific to flexography printing.
• Optimize designs for efficient printing on flexography machines, minimizing material waste and maximizing production efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and flexography printing technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a graphic design for flexography printing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography and flexography printing processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•  Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in flexography printing projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A person of high integrity.
