JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsPrevious cashier or restaurant experience is an advantageBasic knowledge of POS systems preferredCertificate or Diploma in Hotel Managment /hospitality
RESPONSIBILITIES
To handle guest payments accurately, provide friendly service, and support smooth front-of-house operations in the restaurant.Greet guests and assist with billing and paymentsAccurately process cash, card, mobile, and voucher transactionsIssue receipts and ensure correct pricing of ordersBalance cash float at the start and end of each shiftMaintain a clean and organized cashier areaRespond to guest queries regarding bills professionallyFollow all cash handling procedures and restaurant SOPsReport any discrepancies or system issues immediatelySupport service staff during peak hours when required
REQUIRED SKILLS
Receiving and welcoming guests, Food and beverage, Accounting, Cashier operations
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
