We are seeking an organized, hands-on, and responsible Grounds & Landscaping Supervisor.

Supervise landscaping staff and coordinate daily grounds maintenance activities.
Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, hedges, and outdoor landscaping across the campus.
Monitor irrigation systems, drainage channels, and erosion control measures.
Ensure proper maintenance of playgrounds, pathways, and outdoor facilities.
Identify and address outdoor safety hazards including uneven ground, overgrown vegetation, or drainage issues.
Prepare school grounds for events, ceremonies, and institutional functions.
Implement pest and vegetation control measures where necessary.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.
Maintain records of landscaping activities and grounds maintenance schedules.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping supervision.
Experience supervising staff and managing landscaping activities in institutions or schools.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscaping maintenance.
