Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CFA).
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment, or strategic finance.
Proven leadership in high-growth, complex, or multi-entity environments.
Strong track record in financial planning, capital strategy, and performance management.
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience engaging with investors, boards, and senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting frameworks.
Background in FMCG, supply chain, technology-enabled businesses, or consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Analysis & Performance Management
Lead group-wide budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
Establish centralized FP&A function with actionable insights.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor business health.
Drive cost discipline, optimize resource allocation, and oversee liquidity planning.
Financial Modelling & Strategic Analytics
Build and govern integrated 3-statement financial models.
Conduct scenario planning, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis.
Support investment, fundraising, and valuation exercises.
Ensure IFRS-compliant reporting across all business units.
M&A, Integration & Corporate Development
Lead post-merger integration and synergy realization.
Oversee financial consolidation, reporting alignment, and control frameworks.
Evaluate new M&A or partnership opportunities with disciplined capital allocation.
Investor Relations & Strategic Advisory
Lead investor engagement, reporting, and relationship management.
Prepare board packs, investor updates, and strategic narratives.
Advise CEO on capital structure, financing options, and investment prioritization.
Strategic Business Partnering
Provide financial guidance on pricing, expansion, and cost optimization.
Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to drive profitability.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A and strategic finance team.
Champion advanced analytics tools and continuous improvement.
