JOB SUMMARY

Tourism Promotion Services (TPS), Serena Hotels is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Regional Head Office in Nairobi as Head of Risk & Compliance.This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and engagement with the Board Audit & Risk Committee across our portfolio of 23 properties in 7 African countries.If you are a seasoned risk professional with strong leadership experience in hospitality, banking, consulting, or a complex multi-unit environment, we invite you to apply.
