Requirements
• Must have finished college or almost done with college
• Academic Transcripts and or certificate of completion as proof of level of study
• Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture or general agriculture
• Understanding of good agronomic practices (GAP)
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Training in passion fruits, Banana, Mango, and other horticultural crops is an added
advantage
Responsibilities
• Carry watering, pruning and weeding
• Timely preparation of farm records and record keeping
• Procurement of farm inputs
• Transport of harvest to designated stores or markets
• Weighing of fruits/Produce
• Perform prompt spraying of farm
• Promote post-harvest management practicesÂ
