HOUSE MANAGER JOBS IN QATAR
VIP and expatriate families in Qatar would like to hire house managers.
Salary: 700-1000-USD
Housing: Separate staff accommodation provided.
Meals: Duty meals provided.
Experience
• Certificate or diploma in housekeeping/catering/child care.
• 2-3 years in 5* hotel housekeeping
• Supervisory role an advantage
• Knowledge of other household chores
• Extremely organized and tidy.
• Good command of the English language
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Assisting guests when necessary.
• Keeping the linen room stocked.
• Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.
Housekeeper Requirements:
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with the host family.
• Hard worker.
Nanny responsibilities:
• Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children
• Bathing and dressing
• Changing diapers and potty-training, if age-appropriate
• Children’s laundry
• Planning meals, preparing food, and/or feeding the children
• Arranging play dates and outings
• Indoor and outdoor play
• Educational activities and crafts
• Carpooling or driving the children to school, activities, or play dates
• Reading to the children
• Help with homework
• Organizing bedrooms/toys
• Administering medicine with parents’ consent, if necessary
• Maintaining logs for the parents
• Light housekeeping
Light housekeeping chores might include grocery shopping, family errands, emptying the trash, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and keeping the kitchen and kids’ areas clean and tidy.
