About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in delivering efficient and professional HR services. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports.
- Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
