HR Assistant Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, and employee relations. The HR Assistant will also manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with HR software and databases
- Professional Certification in HR
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience in a multicultural work environment
- Experience with payroll administration
- Fluency in English, Swahili or other local languages spoken in Nairobi County
