Job Description
● Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
● Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
● Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
● Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
● Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplier orders.
● Control food costs, minimize wastage, and meet budget targets.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
● Coordinate with food runners to ensure timely food service.
Requirements
● Age 30 - 35 yrs.
● Certificate or Diploma in culinary or hospitality is an added advantage.
● Proven 3 yrs experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
● Strong leadership and people management skills.
● Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
● Strong cost control and inventory management skills.
● Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
