JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industryProven leadership experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designProficiency in e-learning platforms and blended learning approachesExcellent project management and budget management skillsAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and learning management systemsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentCustomer-focused approach with a passion for employee developmentExperience in measuring and evaluating training effectivenessAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyInnovative mindset with a track record of implementing creative learning solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses across the organizationDevelop and implement high-quality learning programs and activities for all levels of employeesLead and mentor a team of trainers, providing ongoing coaching and supportCreate and maintain an organization-wide training calendar to maximize learning resourcesCollaborate with department heads and the People& Culture team to identify and address learning needsFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across all departmentsEnsure global brand and culture initiatives are effectively integrated into the organizationManage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutionsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvementsStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentCertify trainers and facilitators to deliver various programs effectively
