Job Summary
We are looking to hire a young, smart, and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be honest, hardworking, organized, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle general office administrative duties and clerical tasks.
• Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors where necessary.
• Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper record keeping and document management.
• Run occasional office errands when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking with a good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a clerical or office support role is an added advantage.
