Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Sales Specialist to join our team and drive our digital sales efforts across various platforms. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with identifying podcast interview opportunities for the author and sourcing guest speakers for the author's podcast platform.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive traffic to our products and services.

● Create and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

● Monitor social media channels, and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.


2. Email Marketing:

● Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, training and coaching services, events, and special offers to our audience.

● Segment email lists and personalise content to improve engagement and conversion rates.

● Analyse email campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for increased effectiveness.


3. Ecommerce Platform Management:

● Oversee the authors presence on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, and the like) and ensure product listings are optimised for search and conversion.

● Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product descriptions to drive sales and profitability.

● Continuously explore opportunities to enhance the authors visibility and reach on ecommerce platforms.

● Develop and execute strategies to increase sales for online video courses through various channels.


4. Online Sales Management:

● Develop and execute strategies to increase online book sales through various channels.

● Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

● Implement promotional campaigns and discounts to boost sales and drive revenue.


Requirements:

● At least 6 years of proven experience in online sales, social media management, and email marketing, preferably in the personal development or related industry.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices and current trends.

● Proficiency in using social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with online audiences effectively.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

● Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

● Passion for personal development, coaching, and helping others achieve their goals.
