RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing seasonal desserts and creating new recipes.Baking and preparing a wide range of pastries, cakes, chocolates, and bread.Utilising advanced techniques like sugar work, chocolate tempering, and icing for plating and display.Ordering supplies and managing stock levels of ingredients and equipment.Training, guiding, and motivating pastry assistants and station staff.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
