Manage day-to-day operations of the pest control department
Supervise and coordinate pest control teams and technicians
Develop and implement efficient service schedules and routes
Maintain inventory of equipment and approved pest control products
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Conduct quality assurance checks and client follow-ups
Train, mentor, and evaluate pest control staff
Prepare reports on departmental performance and KPIs
Support business development and client acquisition efforts
Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in pest control operations or related field

Knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety protocols

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Familiarity with regulatory compliance in pest control services

Certificate/diploma in environmental health, public health, or pest management (added advantage)
