JOB TITLE PRODUCTION CASUAL WORKER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the production and manufacturing process to ensure daily targets are achieved
- Load, unload, sort, and move raw materials and finished products within the factory
- Support machine operators by preparing materials and maintaining smooth workflow
- Package, label, and stack finished products according to company standards
- Conduct basic quality checks to identify damaged or defective products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment appropriately
- Report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors promptly
- Help in stock handling, counting, and arrangement within the production area
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve efficiency and productivity
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in any field
- Must be self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- High level of discipline, reliability, and time management
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage
