JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industryDiploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skills and professional presentation Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysComputer literacy; experience with hotel management systems will be an added advantageTo apply, please send your CV and application letter with the job title as the subject line to the Email provided.
