JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related fieldMinimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryProven experience in reservations, guest relations, and billing processesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in hotel management systems (Opera or similar) and general computer applications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriateextensionsManage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficientlyAdminister reservations, cancellations, and guest billing accurately Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely mannerMaintain accurate records and front office documentationEnsure the reception area is consistently clean, organized, and presentableManage petty cash and reception float in accordance with company proceduresReport maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness issues to the relevant departmentAdhere to company policies, including health, safety, and fire procedures
