solutions to businesses across the African continent. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and
experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human resources team.
Role Purpose: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing
and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and placement. You will work closely with hiring managers, clients,
and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional experience for all stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records using CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in a recruitment HR consulting firm in
an added advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and a client-first mindset.
