Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team in Eldoret. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks.

• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC/refrigeration installation and repair.

  • Diploma or Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related field.

  • Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Eldoret.
