Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurant located on the busy Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi CBD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and driving the overall success of the business.

Job Description/Requirements
1.Operational Management:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to achieve restaurant goals, especially turnover target
2.Oversee daily operations,
- Including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
3.Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Implement effective pricing strategies and promotional activities.
4.Customer Experience:
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
5.Team Leadership:
- Develop and implement staff training programs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
6.Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to increase customer foot traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
7.Menu Development:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and maintain a unique and appealing menu.
- Ensure food quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on food trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and analysis.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of the Nairobi CBD market and its clientele.
- Experience in managing a team of diverse individuals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
