JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager OR 5 years as a Restaurant SupervisorStrong leadership and people management skillsSolid financial and operational management capabilityUnderstanding and experience in menu development and costingSubmit your cover letter & CV to the Email provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to uphold service excellenceManage staff scheduling, training, and performanceEnsure exceptional food and beverage service and guest satisfactionHandle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionallyOversee inventory management, stock control, and procurement coordinationMonitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control measuresDrive revenue growth through promotions, up-selling, and client engagementSupport conferencing and events sales initiative
