RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily dining operations, motivate our team, and deliver excellent service to our guests. In this role, you will lead front-of-house and kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the business mindset needed to manage cash flow and maximize profitability.

DUTIES 

• Supervise operations: Manage daily opening, closing, and front-of-house activities.
  
• Lead team: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate kitchen and service staff.
  
• Manage inventory: Track stock levels, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
  
• Ensure satisfaction: Greet guests, handle complaints, and maintain high service standards.
  
• Control finances: Monitor daily sales, manage cash registers, and handle expenses.
  
• Enforce hygiene: Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols across areas.
  
• Drive sales: Promote menu items and implement ideas to increase restaurant 
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working in a busy restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting.
  
• Compliance: Valid food handler's certificate, good conduct certificate, and knowledge of local public health and safety standards.
  
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
