We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our high-performing team and help:

  • Drive revenue growth across key market segments.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts.
  • Proactively source, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to showcase hotel offerings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or Hospitality field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality sales in a 4* Hotel
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
