Job Description/Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with investors.
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, and buyer behavior.
B. Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with local and diaspora clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and property viewings.
- Advise clients on rental yields, ROI, and investment potential.
- Gather and share client insights with management.
C. Deal Closure & Documentation
- Guide clients through reservations, deposits, and contracts.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and After-Sales for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
D. Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain sales dashboards and pipelines.
- Submit weekly reports on sales vs. targets and pipeline status.
- Analyze buyer patterns for upselling opportunities.
E. Brand Representation & Events
- Represent the company at open days, expos, and investment forums.
- Project professionalism and deep product knowledge.
- Support marketing campaigns through active client engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven real estate property sales experience (residential/rental).
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili; French/Arabic is an advantage.
