To drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding clients (schools, education providers, training institutions, and related businesses) onto our platform through paid directory listings, advertising packages, and digital visibility solutions
Job descriptions & requirements
- Retainer of KES 15,000 PM
- Commission of KES 300 per listing sold
- Bonuses for exceeding targets
- Incentives for bulk onboarding (e.g., schools clusters)
- Identify and target potential clients (schools, colleges, training centers, education service providers).
- Pitch and sell listing packages, featured placements, and advertising opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide guidance on how clients can maximize visibility on the platform.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Map and segment the education market (public, private, TVETs, online learning providers).
- Identify new opportunities for listings and partnerships.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Represent the platform at events, exhibitions, and institutional visits.
- Promote awareness of the platform as a trusted education directory.

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 1– 2 years experience in: Sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in digital platforms, classifieds, or advertising.
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
