Job Description/Requirements

Brief description

The Leads and Sales Consultant will generate leads and subsequently convert them to revenue. Primary responsibility is to grow revenue by directly lead generating, and ensuring closing activities across the region. The key focus is strategy and execution. Lead generation activities include but are not limited to 

1. Data mining 

2. Lead conversions to opportunities 

3. Opportunity conversion to customers 

4. Sales revenue and generation


Tasks

• Deliver presentations on various products tailored to meet the needs of different customers.

• Implement sales and strategy plans as directed by the sales manager.

• Ensure high-quality lead generation utilizing provided data.

• Execute activities aimed at revenue growth such as cold calling and relationship management.

• Ensure timely payment of all outstanding debts from customers and partners.

• Update the ERP and CRM systems with customer contact details.

• Develop a deep understanding of all products, software, and solutions offered by Track and Trace.

• Familiarize oneself with company processes and procedures related to sourcing, selling, payment, delivery, installation, and customer support.

• Coordinate activations for targeted industry events in the respective jurisdiction.

• Maintain key relationships within the sector with current and potential leads.

• Actively participate in representing the company's public profile at major events.

• Establish and nurture relationships with relevant authorities, government agencies, and key decision-makers.

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure its effective implementation and adherence.

• Collaborate with internal and outsourced marketing teams to oversee critical areas of business implementation.

• Identify potential customers through networking and industry research to drive sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the organization as needed.


Qualifications and requirements 

• Higher Diploma or Degree preferably in a business-related field with sales and marketing aspects.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales especially in Banking, Tracking and Motor dealership

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
