Sales Consultant - Ngong Road to Ngong town Area

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant is responsible for direct selling, customer acquisition, and relationship management with Motorbike riders and Tuk Tuk drivers and leaders of chamas/ organisations and saccos with members who are largely motorbike drivers or tuk tuk riders.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, stage activations, referrals and Sacco members.
  

• Product Demonstration & Selling: Explain e-bike and tuktuk features, pricing, battery range, charging, maintenance, and financing options. Conduct demos and test rides where applicable.
  

• Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer preferences, needs, income levels and recommending suitable e-mobility solutions.
  

• Sales Closing & Documentation: Close sales, collect accurate customer documentation, and ensure correct onboarding into financing or payment plans.
  

• After-Sales Support & Relationship Management: Support customers during delivery, activation, registration, and early usage. Encourage referrals and repeat business.
  

• Reporting & Accountability: Submit the relevant sales reports, update pipeline status, and responsibly manage any company resources such as marketing bikes or demo units.
  

• Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather feedback on pricing, performance, competition, and customer concerns, and share insights with the Team Leader.
  

• Professional Conduct & Brand Image: Maintain professionalism, honesty, punctuality, and ethical conduct while representing the company
  

• Key Attributes: Proactive, Good Communicator, Ability to use Mobile / Basic reporting systems, Willingness to learn and educate riders / drivers vis a vis suitable options to meet their needs, respect time / demonstrates commitment.
  

Consultant Fees 20,000/- + Commissions

Office based and field training will be provided
