1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory or industry segment. Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our classifieds platform. Tailor your pitch to align with the specific needs and objectives of each prospect.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their journey with our platform.
4. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently closing deals and upselling additional services to existing clients. Continuously seek opportunities to maximise revenue streams.
5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams for platform enhancements.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
7. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement of our platform.
