Job Summary

Our clients is seeking, self-motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join their dynamic sales team.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Position: Sales Executive 

Location: Nairobi 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·     Identify, generate leads and convert to sales of the company’s range of pieces of land  

·     Build and maintain relationships with customers by recommending new products.

·     Negotiate sales agreements and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.

·     Set and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

·     Develop sales plans and marketing plans to capture new customers and maintain existing ones;

·     Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and closed deals.

·     Build good working relationships by contributing to team’s effort.

·     Keep abreast of market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in sales/marketing or related field
  • 2 Years Experience in Real Estate Sales or a related field.
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
