Job Description/Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly, sales targets are met.
● Develop strategies to increase sales including implementing promotions and upselling techniques.
● Develop and maintain a sales pipeline ensuring that potential clients are well informed about new and existing products.
● Manage the organization’s online-store and social media pages, having scheduled posts and ensure online leads are followed through.
● Ensure that the concept store layout and displays are visually appealing and adhere to company standards.
● Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate restocking activities to meet customer demand.
● Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
● Supervise and motivate available sales interns to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
● Provide training and guidance to staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics for management review.
● Monitor store expenses and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
● Proven sales experience at both corporate and individual levels
● Understanding of the production process
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency, revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
